Was a little disappointed with the demeanour & attitude of 2 of the 3 workers who ran my order through. Short abrupt questions and a lack of interest in giving me a good customer experience. The guy working the cash redeemed the situation a little with his friendly up-beat attitude. The others should take note.
Devant and staff were very amazing. I had a long flight layover and wanted something different. I came to Willy’s for something quick and was greeted with southern hospitality. Trishten was very nice and made sure my order was to my liking. 10/10 experience I would come back just to see the staff they made my day!!!
visited this morning, for the first time I was very surprised by the service, even though there were only two girls working at this place. They were very friendly and the service was fast and above all very clean. The food was perfect for my taste. Adriana and the other girl, whose name I couldn't read, I will return soon. Thank you.
What stood out more than the fresh food, vegan tofu, veggies and solid flavors was how awesome the staff were! They rocked it! Very friendly and working super hard, I really admire how much they put into their work. From some reviews on HappyCow I wasn’t expecting much, but the burrito was as good as any I’ve had at a fast food burrito joint. Well done!
I really enjoyed the food at Willy‘s Mexicans Grill. I got a steak burrito. The flavor in the steak was really good and I enjoyed it. I would definitely get it again. It was irritating that the people in front of us asked for nachos and the employee told them they didn’t sell those. They then pointed to the board and said it’s right there. He then reluctantly got them some. Then my daughter asked for nachos and he said they’re out. It felt more like he just didn’t want to be inconvenienced to go and retrieve them. The other employee did not do a good job of listening to my other daughter order and put wrong stuff on it. Bad customer service is the reason for the four stars instead of five which is what I would normally give this place.
